Louis Peter DeSansa was born on May 1, 1944 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the only child of his parents Harry & Anna DeSansa. He married the bubbly joy of his life, Terry on April 25, 1968. They moved to California four years later where they have made San Diego their permanent home.

Louie developed an appreciation for Bible truths from his Uncle Danny at the early age of 8 years old and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses as a young adult. He loved engaging in the ministry and he had the joy of teaching many about his love for Jehovah God

Louie will be remembered for being a real person. He was such an open and genuine person, there was nothing phony or dishonest about him. He had a great sense of "New York" humor and loved to make people laugh. Traveling to distant places and meeting people from all walks of life was something he really enjoyed. To sit and have a meal with Louie was to take a moment in time and really take pleasure in life. Because of his warm personality and love for people he made many lasting friendships over the years.

Though our hearts ache and weep in sorrow without him, we all look forward to greeting him once again in the "New World" and we are comforted by the Scriptures at John 11:25 and Rev. 21:4.
